Assess Lead Intelligence has reached a new level of functionality as a fully secure mobile application that resides on a mobile device (cell phone, or connected mobile tablet), and is tied to the individual exhibitor through the use of the Google Application validation process.
The Assess solution provides both an event registration element with comprehensive organizer real-time reporting, as well as a fully integrated exhibitor and sponsor module that integrates attendee demographics and extensive product demo tracking capabilities. Assess is designed to maximize prospect interaction between exhibitors and attendees through almost instant reporting when a visiting prospect tries or experiences a product. The Registration Component: Assess features both online, advance event registration capabilities and physical onsite attendee registration. The form technology provides amazing flexibility that includes conditional processes based on how an attendee completes the form. We have online payment processing for fee-based entries, and we have the ability to allow attendees to attach documents to an entry if that’s required to validate a prospect. If the event is being hosted within a larger program, we have the ability to capture the initial event’s registration badge details and cross reference the data with that collected by the Assess system, providing a more comprehensive view of the audience. We can issue connected badges on lanyards, wristbands enabled with both RFID and NFC chip technology, and compact radio plastic tags for high activity sporting events. Because we are often associated with experiential events we have the ability to incorporate the use of either digital or paper-padded insurance waivers with confirmation of submission before an attendee enters the venue. Demographics: We place a high priority on getting to know the event audience so we promote the inclusion of targeted questions to understand the knowledge level, age, and frequency of action, and other highly related questions where the audience can be initially viewed anonymously in the form of bold graphs and charts. The idea of the audience exchanging simple personal information for the opportunity to test a product or evaluate more deeply through hand-on exploration is considered more than fair. The built-in Google mapping technology allows all attendees to show up on the live map as pins. The global capabilities, mixed with the highly visual clusters of the event’s audience, give you an instant understanding of where the event draws from. Virtual vs. Onsite: Our form technology embeds the common online features such as auto response and personalized confirmation emails, which our onsite registration capabilities include a comprehensive lookup capability to quickly complete the registration process. Entry Tracking: Because of the use of the advanced UHF RFID chip technology, we have the ability to track registered attendees as they enter an event access point to where readers have the ability to capture badge data from as far and 12 to 15 feet away. Our use of AI and multiple antennas, have the ability to validate a badge and the actual direction it is traveling, confirming the actual entry. For something as close and personal as the entry of a product test track, we have developed a scanning process that creates temporary pairs between an attendee and a product and instantly validates that both the individual and the product is in the system. Our new compact mobile readers can be placed inside of an entryway or doorway and if this is a single-point-of-entry, we can determine both the entry and exit date and time stamp and the system can record the total length of time a prospect spends evaluating a product. More importantly, the system can also track if the prospect returns to experience the product more than once. Individual Product Interaction: Often an exhibitor has their space filled with numerous products for potential customers to evaluate. It’s impossible for staff to be fully aware of each attendee’s interests. The new PRT solution allows exhibitors to track interest down to a specific product. Attendees simply wave their NFC enabled badges over a target spot adjacent to the product display and instantly, they receive links to product specifications, specific website landing pages, and even downloadable PDF brochures. At the same time, the exhibitor receives instant notification of who has requested the information and instructions on how best to contact them. Exhibitor Lead Generation: One of the most important integrations within Assess is the ability to collect and feed attendee prospect data through to a company instantly when someone experiences or evaluates a registered product. Within seconds, contact details, demographic responses, and geographic locations are sent wirelessly to the assigned mobile device to allow the exhibitor to engage intelligently with the prospect, or plan a follow up. In the haste to track all of the products available for customer interaction, having the ability to quickly determine which items are getting the most interest, and then cross referencing the interest against the audience lets companies know who the real target audience is at this particular event. The charts visually tell everything you need to know going on within the exhibit space. Using the GDPR format for privacy consideration, when approved, an exhibitor has the built-in tools to instantly follow-up with a prospect, thereby reducing the sales process time from weeks and days to minutes. The report function allows the authorized Assess application user to download data at any time. Daily, or at the end of the event, the exhibitor is in complete control. Data Security: The platform uses next-generation application tools from Google including highly secure Google Cloud data control and security. Every user is validated, and all registration data entries are stored securely under each individual event and exhibitor account. Complete Design and Control: Our development team can build the registration forms around the information you require and make arrangements for instant deposits from all registration fees. The branding and charting can be personalized to complement the look and feel of your event, and the application has the ability to create personalized instruction screens to walk your exhibitors through the many features and functions. The access and functionality controls can be assigned right down to a single individual to make sure those assigned have access to instant decision-making data.
