The latest version of the successful experiential event registration and attendee tracking solution has been updated to offer a number of new features, a cleaner look, and functionality that works on all browser platforms and all screen sizes.
Now officially called ASSESS Lead Intelligence ®, the cloud-based application works instantly through a number of standard and custom configured devices to collect attendee registration data as well as demographic profiles, and then marries this with interactions that the attendees have with exhibitors and the products they are showcasing.
Working with a team of global developers from Mountain View to India, this solution is easily customized for event clients in short time. The ability to personalize the demographic questions, incorporate a real-time payment solution through Square, capture attendee movement as they travel in specific directions, and compare their initial product knowledge to post-event surveys that are all merged into detailed reports, spreadsheets for export, and graphical infographic charts for quick evaluation.
Because of the “Cloud” Internet link, extensive hardware networking is not required and the data can be evaluated in “real-time” on an administration monitor screen.
Additional outputs that link attendee profiles to pin drops on a live map solution allows event administrators and exhibitors to see where they are attracting the most interest. The multi-layer program will blend the select event data with known U.S. Census data into a Google Maps ® platform.
Venue Entry & Exit:
A sophisticated, multi-antenna package reads attendees as they enter and exit a venue. The numerous antenna cover overlapping zones to validate that an attendee is actually passing through and not just by the door. The readers determine the sequence and that software then determines which direction the badge traveled in passively. No individual badge scanners, or staff clicking counters at the door. And because the entry system communicates to the “Cloud” directly, the attendance numbers are presented instantly as both new and returning.
Product Evaluation Pairing:
When items are available for testing, trying, or walking through are given their own RFID tag, the software solution creates unique, temporary pairs with attendees who interact with the item. From test rides on a bicycle, flight training for a consumer drone, or entering an RV to tour the inside, the combined software and hardware options can collect information passively or at a check-in point with staff interaction.
Reports can show what interaction has had by each attendee, as well as what other items they evaluated to give real context to their interests, and it is done passively.
Product Information Requests:
We have miniature hardware solutions that can play product videos while allowing the attendee to wave their badge over a spot on the display that will record their tag as a request for additional information on that particular product. As it is sent to the “Cloud” we can even arrange real-time document “Push” that delivers the technical and sales collateral information electronically, often before they leave the exhibitor’s pavilion. The exhibitor also gets the full report as to who requested what for additional follow-up.
Directional Traffic Movement:
Using special array antenna groupings linked together by a wireless mesh, we can cover major aisles and intersections of an event and monitor where traffic is and in what direction they are traveling. Armed with the demographic profiles, we can tell where people with specific interests or buying levels are visiting on the event floor or not. This capability offers real-time “predictive” analysis.
Partnering With Existing Registration Solutions:

Our Hardware Options:
Because we are “Cloud-based” registration need only be standard Chromebook devices with ports for scanners and tag readers. They can link to secure 4gLTE networks outdoors or indoor wired/Wifi solutions. The data packets are extremely small and do not eat up tremendous bandwidth.
Our mobile readers are miniature devices that have built-in processors and ports for a variety of all-encompassing antenna/readers for the UHF RFID tags. They can be operated through traditional AC outlets, 12-Volt sources, and even on lithium rechargeable battery power.
Secure Member-Only Portals:
Exhibitors and administrators have access to their own level of data entry and live reporting through a secure portal with multi-level log-ins. They can add new products they want to track, assign items to specific events and booths, and monitor the real-time interactions for each attendee that they interact with.
As a Software As A Service business model, you can contract for a single event or a complete series. The normal registration terminals can be owned by the event organizer or rented through us. We even offer the full Square digital cash register solution for onsite payment collection.
